I really like the Geurnica and how Picasso was able to employ features of cubism in creating an abstract composition. It also addresses political issues at the time.
I love how Geurnica by Picasso shows the emotional intensity of the warfare, the figures seem disturbed and disoriented between the chaos of the bombs in the background. I love how the cubic figure's sharp angels trade the attention of the viewer.
